Opened in October 2024, Tails by the Rails at Ellard Park in Irondale features two gated play areas for large and small dogs with custom agility equipment including ramps, tunnels, and hurdles. The park is named in honor of Dr. William Weber, a beloved community veterinarian, and features native plantings, walkways, and a public pavilion.
