The Sirius Dog Run at Kowsky Plaza in Battery Park City is a small but extremely popular dog run created to accommodate residents of the Gateway Plaza complex. Named after a Port Authority Police K-9 who died during the 9/11 attacks, the park features off-leash play in a fully fenced enclosure with water fountains, seating, shade structures, and a wading pool for summer use.
